Premular is an exclusive extract from the plant, Vitex agnus-castus, also known as Chaste Tree. This particular vitex contains an extract called Ze 440. Research shows that vitex Ze 440 relieves PMS symptoms and menstrual irregularities, with a majority of women reported an over 50% improvement in PMS symptoms.

Indications for use:

• Multiple PMS symptoms including: breast soreness, mood alterations, irritability, headaches and bloating
• Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)
• Relieves  menstrual cycle irregularities such as an irregular cycle
• Low progesterone
• Infertility

**Premular is not indicated in cases of oestrogen dominance, you can find out if you have an oestrogen dominance by assessing your hormone pathology.

Dosage instructions

Adults: Take 1 tablet about the same time each day, 1 hour before or after meals.

For best results take Premular (Vitex) by Flordis for a minimum of 3 months, or as recommended by your health professional.
