Monthly Reproductive Health Group Mentoring
Coming to the end of your degree or newly graduated? Have questions and feel like you’ve got no one to ask? It’s common to feel like you don’t know enough and feel out of your depth when you start to consult on your own.
Monthly group mentoring is a great solution
Monthly group mentoring with a focus on Women’s health and Fertility will offer you a space to present 1-3 cases over 6 months, and also learn from your peers’ cases. From this you will learn more about appropriate assessment of fertility conditions, serum pathology, clinical decision making, and treatment prescriptions.

You’re eager to make a difference in the field of Women’s Health but finding yourself feeling lost along the way? You’re not alone. Transitioning from the student clinic to clinical practice can be daunting.
I understand there can be an element of imposter syndrome, while you’re also wanting to make sure you do the best you can for your clients. Starting out on your own can also feel isolating, specially if you’re working online via Telehealth.
Group mentoring is a space where we virtually meet each month, and 1-2 mentees will present their cases. We can identify where you’re doing well, as well as clinical direction for changes and further investigations that can be made.
What You'll Learn
There is no set curriculum for this 6 month program. I have intentionally design the mentoring program this way so that each month we can discuss your real life clients and you can ‘learn on the job.’ To get the most out of the monthly sessions it’s recommended that you have a case history, dietary analysis, and some relevant pathology results for us to discuss at the 60 minute session. You will complete a form at least 48 hours before the monthly call submitting all of your case details. If no one has a case to discuss we can use the time to discuss other clinical conditions or business set up.

Is monthly group mentoring for me?
This is perfect for you if:
- You are a 3rd or 4th year Nutrition or Naturopathy student
- You’ve graduated within the last 3 years from a bachelor's degree
- You need a space to ask clinical and business questions

This is NOT for you if:
- You are not yet in private or student clinical practice
- You're looking for exclusive 1:1 mentoring each month
- You want a one off mentoring session
- You want to deep dive into gastrointestinal or thyroid health
- You use exclusively use Urine (i.e. DUTCH) or saliva hormone testing

Hello, I'm Lesley O'Connor
Hi there, I’m Lesley O’Connor a Fertility Naturopath, Clinical Supervisor, and Lecturer. I’ve been in the Natural Health profession for over 10 years, I run my own online Naturopathy clinic, and have been supervising final year Nutrition and Naturopath students for the past 3 years.
I’m offering you a supportive space to make the transition to your own clinical practice as smooth as possible. If this sounds like you then please join the second intake of the Reproductive Health Mentoring starting in July 2024.

All sessions will be recorded and available to watch.
Once you paid you’ve committed to 6 months work of mentoring. I understand circumstances change, and encourage you to email me at hello@lesleyoconnornaturopath.com.au if you need support.
Numbers will be capped to ensure that you get the best possible experience and support. Numbers will be capped at 9 mentees for the 6 months.
Each session will run for 60 minutes.
The second intake of the year will start in July 2024.
My clinical skill set is for helping with female and male reproductive health, including fertility, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, menstrual migraines, and related presentations.
Questions in the Facebook group are to be related to cases that have been presented within the 6 month program. Due to duty of care questions for cases that haven’t been presented aren’t able to be answered and it’s recommended to book in for 1:1 mentoring.
If no one has a case to present, I will ask that mentees submit clinical or business related questions that we a discuss within the 60 minute session.
