Dose

I recommend to Ubiquinol  for 3-4 months prior to trying to conceive, IVF stim cycle, or sperm donation.

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

If you have PCOS I also recommend purchasing inositol to help with egg quality.
