What’s included?

 Foundations of Women’s Health course (Live July 2025)

You will have access to the first pre-recorded session from 25th February 2025, and the following 6 live lessons will be hosted every second Tuesday of the month at 2:00pm AEST (Brisbane time). The next 6 live lessons you’ll be learning how to assess the HPO axis, androgens, oestrogen, and prolactin. From here learning dives into four common women’s health conditions: Functional Hypothalamic amenorrhea, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Pre-menstrual Syndrome, and Pre-menstrual Dysphoric Disorder.

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access and Structure

The course payment is for one student to access the live version of this course. 

Please note that early bird pricing of $345 will end 22nd June 2025.

Enrolled students will have access to the course materials for a duration of 2 years from the date of enrolment.

The course consists of 1 pre-recording session and 6 Live 60-90 minute lessons:

• The first pre-recorded lesson is available upon purchase via simple clinics
• The remaining lessons are hosted on the first Wednesday of each month starting 2nd July 2025.

If you are found to be sharing the included content and resources, you will be invoiced for additional student access in addition to your purchased enrolment and in some circumstances legal action may be taken.

2. Payment, Refund Policy, and Cooling Off Period

Where the Student pays in full:

A one-time payment is required to access the course material and pre-recorded training, access will not commence until payment has been received by Lesley O’Connor Naturopath. No refunds will be provided unless in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Lesley O’Connor Naturopath. There is a 7 day cooling-off period for this live course, which starts the day after purchase.

Where the Student enters into a Payment Plan:

i The Student agrees and acknowledges that the Course Fee is payable as a fixed-term licence fee, paid in instalments in the agreed timespan of the Payment Plan, subject to the Student’s compliance with the terms of the Payment Plan;

ii The Student agrees that if the Student misses one or more payments due under the Payment Plan, then the Company may, acting reasonably:

A: Require the Student to make a catchup payment to bring the Payment Plan out of arrears

B: Enter into a new Payment Plan arrangement;

C: Demand immediate full payment of the outstanding balance of the Payment Plan.

D: Cancel course access until payments have been made

E: Attempts to finalise lapsed payments and payment plans may accrue administration charges. An administration fee of $50AU can be applied (if multiple attempts are made without reply- e.g emails are not replied to or multiple payments fail and require administration involvement to collect payment). This applies to every instance of lapsed and unresponsive remediation. We ask that you reply to emails and find solutions to avoid the application of this fee

F: If for any reason a student wishes to stop course access payments discussion must be entered into with Lesley O’Connor Naturopath for amicable resolution and in alignment with Australian consumer law.

No refunds will be provided unless in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Lesley O’Connor Naturopath. There is a 7 day cooling-off period for this live course, which starts the day after purchase.

IMPORTANT: If you signed up with a payment plan please ensure you have actioned the final step via activating your payment plan and authorising the direct debit agreement. The instructions and links to do this will be sent separately after your initial enrolment payment. Enrolment will be cancelled if I do not hear from you by start date.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

Course materials may be downloaded by students for personal use only by the student purchasing the course. All course content is protected by copyright. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing the materials to anyone other than the enrolled student is strictly prohibited. By enrolling you expressly agree that you will not steal content or share it with any other person without our express written permission from Lesley O’Connor Naturopath. This includes sharing with other practitioners both separate to you and in group clinic settings. The Fertility pathology analyser: This pathology analyser tool is licensed for use by a single practitioner only. It is intended for the personal and professional use of the purchaser. The license is non-transferable and non-shareable. Sharing access to the tool, its contents, or associated resources with others, including colleagues, employees, or students, is strictly prohibited.

4. Support and Communication

A Facebook group will be available for you to discuss any questions about the course content. Please note that Lesley O’Connor Naturopath is unable to answer any complex cases questions in the Facebook group. If you require help with case based questions then you are directed to book a 1:1 mentoring session with Lesley O’Connor Naturopath.

5. Technical Requirements

The course is hosted on Simple Clinic, and recordings are accessed via Zoom. If students experiencing technical issues you may request assistance from Lesley O’Connor Naturopath.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Fertility pathology analyser: The pathology analyser is an educational tool designed to support interpretation of pathology results within the context of nutritional and naturopathic frameworks. 7. Certification

Students will receive a certificate of completion within 4 weeks of successfully finishing the course.

8. Amendments and Updates 

Lesley O’Connor Naturopath reserves the right to update course materials and these terms and conditions at any time.

9. Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Queensland, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.

By enrolling in the Foundations of Women’s Health course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
