Ureaplasma Kit

This kit includes:

• 10 x herbal pessaries
• 1 x Amelia V-Spot Pessary Probiotics (packet of 10)

These herbs and probiotics are beneficial for Ureaplasma and certain Mycoplasma species by acting as antimicrobials, supporting the growth of beneficial bacteria, and helping to restore a healthy vaginal environment, which is often disrupted in the presence of Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma.

• Specific Herbal Interventions The following herbs have demonstrated antimicrobial activity or are included in protocols for mollicutes
  • Garlic (Allium sativum): Exhibits broad antimicrobial activity, including against Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma
  • Green Tea (Camellia sinensis): Has antimicrobial effects against Mycoplasma genitalium, another mollicute species
  • Baikal Skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis): Is part of a specific herbal formula used for mollicute infections
  • Houttuynia (Houttuynia cordata): Included in the herbal formula for mollicute infections
  • Sida (Sida acuta): Included in the herbal formula for mollicute infections
• Probiotic Pessaries: These are indicated as part of an overall restoration protocol for Mollicute infections. They offer a quick way to shift the vaginal environment and pH

Instructions: with clean hands, remove the pessary from the plastic wrap. Insert 1 herbal pessary into the vagina before bed for 5 nights, usually on cycle day 7-12 or once your bleed has stopped. For the following 5 mornings, insert the probiotic into the vagina. Repeat for 2 cycles It’s recommended to wear an unscented panty liner.
