You can implement the meals in this plan from cycle day 1-14/16 during a natural or IVF stim cycle, or at any time during your cycle if you have endometriosis or an oestrogen excess.

The meal plan has been formatted that you can make 2 portions and have the second portion for lunch the next day or dinner the next night. It includes:
